About Canary Riverside

Canary Riverside is a prime residential and commercial development situated on the bank of the Thames in Canary Wharf, London.  The site was completed in 2000 and comprises:

Residents enjoy spectacular views over London and their own gated communal gardens.  Apartments are well-proportioned and spacious, and many have balconies or terraces.   There is secure underground parking, and the majority of apartments have an allocated space. The residential buildings have a concierge team and the estate has 24-hour security.  

The extensive facilities of Canary Wharf are a few minutes' walk away, providing residents with easy access to over 300 shops, bars and restaurants.  There is an Everyman cinema located in the Crossrail station, and a Cineworld at West India Quay.

• The Jubilee and Elizabeth lines at Canary Wharf are <10 minutes’ walk from Canary Riverside, providing residents with access to the West End, Heathrow, the O2, and Stratford Westfield.

• The DLR (Docklands Light Railway) is a five minute walk (Westferry and Canary Wharf stations), providing easy access to the City and Greenwich.

• The river boat service provided by Thames Clippers is on our doorstep, at Canary Wharf Pier.

• London City Airport is 20-minutes by taxi, or 25-minutes via the DLR.

The Residents' Association of Canary Riverside is an independent association of residential leaseholders at Canary Riverside.  Formed in 2013, we provide owners and residents with information and practical advice on living at Canary Riverside through this website, and keep them updated on planning applications and similar issues that impact their homes and investments.  If you are an owner at Canary Riverside and not already a member of RACR, please contact us to join.
