Deliveries of small and large packages
Canary Riverside uses the ‘Concierge HV’ software system that enables residents to get instant notification when a package has been received by the concierge. To take advantage of the system please ensure that your concierge has your up-to-date contact details.
If you are expecting a large parcel or a delivery (e.g. TV, furniture, kitchen appliance) you must be at home to receive it or have arranged a key waiver. There is not sufficient storage space available to enable the Concierges to receive over-sized/bulky items.
Please note: Concierges are unable to take delivery of fresh produce or flowers, which must be delivered to the apartment. The general rule is no food or other perishables can be held at the concierge stations, so residents must always be on hand to take delivery of such items upon arrival.
Heavy items are limited to 15kg such as a single case of wine due to the limited storage space available. Larger deliveries must be taken in by residents on arrival for which our lobby trolleys are available for residents’ use. These should not be used for any more bulky or heavier deliveries (e.g. washing machines) which must not be brought in through the front entrances. Such deliveries should be conveyed via the P1 or P2 entrances and with use of the goods lift and using deliverymen’s own trolleys. Any and all deliveries left with the concierge is
