Sunday October 2nd - London Marathon road closures

The London Marathon will take place on Sunday 2nd October, resulting in road closures throughout the Canary Riverside estate between 8am and 7pm. This will impact vehicle access to Canary Riverside and the closure of the Canary Riverside car park from 8am.

If you need your vehicle on marathon day you will need to depart the Canary Riverside car park before 8am.

The roads around Canary Riverside usually re-open by around 3pm - but it will depend on the progress of the participants and the clean-up exercise that follows, so please do not plan on being able to access the car park until early evening.
