How to apply for the £400 energy bill discount on your Canary Riverside electricity bill

Because the electricity supplied to flats at Canary Riverside is deemed a commercial supply (effectively ‘off grid’) residents have not automatically received the £400 discount on their electricity bills that has been provided to households directly by their energy provider.

Provided that Canary Riverside is your main home (and you have not already received the £400 discount at another property you live at, eg, a second home) you can now apply online for the discount.

When answering the ‘describe where you live’ question please check either ‘in a property owned by me or someone else in my household’ if you are an owner/occupier or ‘in a rented property’ if you are a rental tenant. You will need proof of address, ideally the council tax bill that proves you are currently resident at that address.
