Electricity charges

 

Lessees will have received a letter from HML Andertons together with a service charge demand in relation to electricity charges for the period 1st October - 31st December.  RACR has produced a briefing note for its members that can be found here.  

An application has been made by HML Andertons to the First Tier Tribunal (FTT) to expedite the replacement of all electricity meters at Canary Riverside.  Once new meters have been installed, electricity usage will return to being billed to the registered occupant on the basis of usage.
