Parcel collections

As Christmas Day nears there is a huge increase in the volume of packages delivered to the concierge desks each day. Storage facilities are limited and it would be appreciated if residents could check with their concierge when passing.

The concierges will be happy to help ensure delivery of items to you. In addition to the notice on concierge desks advising residents that they have a package to collect, you can also ask your concierge to email you when a package arrives for you. Please email your concierge to set this up.
