New electricity billing arrangements
/Clever Energy Ltd have been appointed by Parkgate Aspen to manage the billing of electricity to lessees from 1st October 2019. This means that your electricity bill for the period 1st October - 31st December will be sent to you by Clever Energy. Please see this letter from Parkgate Aspen setting out the new arrangements. You will shortly be receiving a welcome letter from Clever Energy that sets out your account details.
Parkgate Aspen will be dealing with the balancing credit/debit relating to your electricity consumption for the period 1st July - 30th September. You will recall that in July HML issued you with an estimated bill for this period, based on your 2018 Quarter 3 consumption.
Clever Energy Ltd will be billing you for the electricity you use from 1st October 2019. They will not have access to information regarding billing prior to this date. Any queries regarding the billing of your electricity consumption before 1st October must be made to Parkgate Aspen.
Please pay your electricity bills promptly! You are billed in arrears for your electricity but Parkgate Aspen have to pay the wholesale supplier of electricity to Canary Riverside on a monthly basis. Any day in paying your electricity bills (and service charge demands) places a strain on the Estate cashflow and may impact on the management of the estate.
