Loading bay booking form

A loading bay booking form has been introduced to assist residents and to ensure that slots are available for deliveries and removals. This form should be completed and handed/emailed to your concierge if you are intending to use the loading bay. Please provide as much advance notice as possible to ensure a slot is available. Booking also ensures someone is available to direct the delivery to your apartment and control the loading bay lift if required. 

The loading bay is used by delivery vehicles and removals vans that are too large to enter the car park. It is also used by the Council to collect a bulky-item booked by residents seeking to dispose of large items such as furniture.
