Moving in (and out)/Removals

Please let your concierge know the dates and times of your planned arrival or departure and that of your removal company.  This will help with arranging access to the building and identifying any practical issues such as access to the Loading Bay*, scheduled goods lift maintenance, the handling of bulky items or site restrictions. The concierge can also ensure the goods lift is ready for use on the day and provide you with the ‘lift hold key’ to enable the lift doors to be kept open for loading.

*access to the loading bay requires completion of the loading bay booking form.

Moving checklist

Please provide the Concierge with the following information: 

• Your name and contact details (mobile telephone and email).

• Date you will be moving in/out.

• A completed loading bay booking form.

• Details of who has permission to access your apartment.

• Names and details of any contractors you have scheduled.

• Details of your removal company.
